waiting and waiting..
ever since last year...
but now..
blasted likka a prisoner juz out of jail crawling in there...
for like millenniums...
and guess wat...
INJURED LIKE A HELL...
a hole on the left shoulder...
unknown muscle expansioom om the right tricep and maybe bicep too...
for the left.. a forcep muscle expansion..
legs... err the lower one under the thighs...
both sides...
maybe both my thighs too also muscle expansion..
my right lower shoulder at the back...
somehow there's no bruise on my knees this time..
but maybe my left elbow ...
my neck oso kinda...
my abs think no prob lar..
so I learnt my lesson...
gotta start working out...
and master my windmill...

I'm scared my pain will effect my performance tomorrow..
support please...
